Once a great credit union, but no longer. I’ve been a member since 1970. Twice I have been treated in a very rude, demeaning matter by a west side manager….in front of embarrassed tellers and customers. That woman has no business being in management in any reputable business.

Horrible customer service from the “Assistant Branch Manager” we pulled out on our loan completely completely and left due to the poor attitudes. No where we would trust with our money.

As far as getting help w credit/loans they were very helpful. I think I only dealt w one rude lady over the phone.
