“One of the Top Retail Stores for the Flagstaff area in my opinion. Extremely large selection of discounted products. Best prices in town for almost all clothing. They also keep various household items in stock. Almost every single item is discounted or reduced in some way. Highly recommend at least stopping by and taking a look around.”

Was sent to an isle that didn't have any filters.
Asked again and looked around the fryer and was sent to a different retail store.

“My husband and I went in for an Apple watch, we went to the back where the electronics are and there was a young guy, around 25ish and an older lady with glasses there. We went up to them and said hi, the guy answered and the lady was rude and said “what do you need”. Then the young guy came up to us to help us, he was very friendly and helpful, but on the other hand, the older lady was staring at us rudely the whole time the guy was helping us.”

“I've only been in this store one time. It definitely left a great lasting impression regarding the attitude and knowledge of the staff. It's a farm store, people. Not the Waldorf Astoria. People's expectations seem a bit ridiculous, and they are quick to bash a good business. If employee turnaround seems excessive, that speaks of the community not the business. “Staff is always friendly and helpful. The children's department is great for formal wear. The men's shoes need more options for the younger crowds that arent soley business. Awesome houseware.”
