Dorothy's K-9 Grooming is a long-established business with nearly 18 years serving the Flagstaff area, staffed by groomers with decades of experience. They groom all breeds of dogs and cats and understand the special needs of service dogs. Reviews consistently highlight the exceptional care, love, and attention to detail provided. Customers report that their dogs, including older pets or those with medical conditions like blindness or diabetes, are treated with gentle and caring patience, leaving unstressed, in good spirits, and looking beautiful.
The groomers are skilled and patient, even with highly opinionated or matted dogs, performing beautiful jobs that preserve undercoats and deliver exactly what owners hope for. Many note the amazing price for the service, often less than expected for the quality. The team is known for kindness, making room for grooming emergencies, and demonstrating genuine care, such as taking dogs for bathroom breaks. Customers are highly satisfied, could not be happier, and recommend Dorothy's as the best place for their fur babies, stating they will never go to another groomer.
First time experience and 5 stars all the way. The groomer and front desk assistant listened to my request for my dogs hair cut. Sherry our groomer was professional and took great care of my pup. Thank you!

We got the Nail grooming service and my dog is EXTREMELY anxious. They handled him with so much care! They had a muzzle for everyone’s safety. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks, if you have an anxious pet they know what they’re doing
