I called and asked if this was something they could help with and he offered his help given his background knowledge with record players. “I am thankful to this Cricket location… Lex and the other coworker did a *fabulous* job helping me after my phone (and wallet) was stolen. Lex helped me get the new phone going again and trouble shoot issues. They were quite professional, lighthearted, and kind during my time of upset and intensity. I always drive to the Flagstaff Crickets from Sedona, because the one closest to me in Cottonwood is awful and not even there in hours they are scheduled to be.This location, however, gets a huge kudos!”

“I gave this place 5 stars because it’s a million times better than shopping at any Walmart. It has so many departments to choose from, I even saw a cart dedicated to Kendra Scott jewelry. Loved that. It’s not “ghetto” like Walmart, where I have encounteredPeople arguing with each other and pushing each other right outside the doors.The drive up service is everything!! I have loved this since before Covid. I always tip my person… I hope that’s allowed.This particular location is always packed and there is always a huge line for the cash registers and the self checkout. That would be my suggestion for this place to incorporate more self checkout stands. This is the only down part, but still have it 5 stars because it’s the best place to find everything you need.”

“Bought a new phone for pickup online and traded in an old one. We arrived less than 1 1/2 before closing and finished up right at closing time. Never felt rushed or like we were putting anyone out.Ryan, in customer service, patiently helped us through the transfer from the old phone to the new. It took well over an hour and he was terrific through the whole process.Everyone in customer service were nice and very helpful, but Ryan went above and beyond. Great experience at this store!”

“I want to give a shout-out to your team-member named Mica! I switched to Verizon a few days ago. He was very kind, fun to chatter with, attentive to detail, and knowledgeable about my options & what makes most sense for my situation. He seemed to be the youngest staff member there, but I asked if he was the manager. He chuckled & said no. He seems to carry that “I can handle all of it” authority, tho: multitasking with myself and other customers, had to go to the back a couple times. It never seemed like my time was being wasted. He only left during quick gaps when I needed a minute to look something up, or waiting for some confirmation # from my previous carrier. Etc. He knew a few quick things about getting some info from my old company’s billing app, and was very polite about making sure he was allowed to peep at what I had pulled up on my current phone’s screen (ya never know these days lol). It was all very pleasant and surprisingly EASY! This is what you want your new customers to feel like: confident you’re going to get what you need & not confused about any of it. There’s always some nervousness when I hand over my personal contact info, debit card number, and submit a credit check (which was a “soft inquiry”) to agree to a new recurring bill in my monthly budget. Mica answered all my questions, very black & white with exact numbers & reasons; with no pushy “sales-pitchy” type energy. I’m def impressed with the quality of customer service.There wasn’t an unreasonable wait time either, but I will suggest they should maybe have a sofa or a couple chairs somewhere for the customers to sit until they’re called up to get helped at the interactive counters that have the barstools. I personally don’t mind sitting on the floor—ha—but others looked uncomfortable lined up, squatting on the window sill.The phone & network coverage itself? Excellent! I haven’t had an issue! I’ve only been with Verizon <1 week, but it’s already 100% WAY better than what I had before. Metro PCS was my carrier since 2017 in Phx. I moved here to Flag last summer, and ever since… their network here was horrible! After being frustrated for an entire year, the only people I knew who did *not* complain about cell phone service in this whole city, were Verizon customers. So, finally I thought to myself y’all must be doin somthin right!”
