Embassy Suites by Hilton Flagstaff has received mixed reviews from guests. Many have praised the friendly and welcoming staff, highlighting the enjoyable evening happy hour and generous breakfast. However, several guests expressed disappointment with the hotel’s overall condition. Common complaints included a lack of attention to detail, with issues such as mold in bathrooms, dated decor, and worn furniture. Some rooms showed visible wear, including stains and maintenance issues that went unaddressed. In particular, the breakfast experience fell short of expectations, with limited options and closures of popular features like the omelet station and waffle station. Guests also noted inconsistencies in room pricing and additional unexplained charges after check-out, which added to their dissatisfaction. While the hotel is well-located and offers spacious rooms, many felt it is in urgent need of renovation and improved upkeep to meet the standards typically associated with Hilton properties. The bar on-site was appreciated, although it was closed during some visits, and there were concerns about enforcing age restrictions for younger guests. Overall, while Embassy Suites Flagstaff has potential, guests recommend considering other nearby accommodations until improvements are made.
Great room with great breakfast. They had free drinks and a happy hour. Omelet station. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Staff friendly. Place is definitely run down. Many things in poor repair in our room. Ignored our questions about the room. Parking was expensive and a surprise. I missed it in the booking. For the money I would chose a different location.

This hotel is terrible. It’s extremely dirty—there are stains everywhere: on the pillows, sofa, toilet, and bathtub. Hairs everywhere. The front office won’t help. I do not recommend it.
