Flagstaff Mall is an enclosed regional shopping center serving northern Arizona, with over 60 stores including major retailers like Dillard's, JCPenney, and Victoria's Secret. The mall is generally considered a good place to shop and grab a quick bite, though some visitors have expressed disappointment with the limited store selection and issues at the Jax Arcade, such as broken machines and claws that don't move. The mall's security team has been praised for their vigilance and helpfulness in keeping the premises safe and secure. While some customers have noted the presence of panhandlers, the overall experience at the mall and its Starbucks location has been positive.
Flagstaff Mall is nice, great food court and friendly store keepers
