This mall has a little bit of everything for everybody. Nice food court as well if you need a quick bite to eat.

Their security team is top notch. Friendly and helpful men with a keen eye for suspicious activity. They keep us safe and secure. Thanks for using the Denny's spot ???️

What kind of mall closes at 7 pm? What does anyone benefit from closing a shopping center at 6 or 7, especially on weekends? People work until 5 or 6, and kids are in school. Most people can only go after 5 pm, which gives them an hour or so to speed walk around. It's not like anyone's missing out though since 80% of the mall is abandoned. There's a huge section of the mall just vacant and empty. The stores are poorly placed and half empty. All the claw machines and rides are practically out of order. The food court is more like a food corner since there's about 4 places to eat. This has to be one of the driest and most pathetic malls I've seen, and that's sad for a place like Flagstaff.

We enjoy the mall. Of course it was better when we were kids. Tex Critters arcade & Pizza, the cinnamon roll place, the movie theater in the food court, orange Julius, and I can't remember right now, but it was awesome!

Flagstaff Mall has changed with new vendors, stores, and other places of interest. Good place to have a bite to eat, however it is still limited with a wide variety of different types of food. Otherwise, a good place to come and shop around.

the mall is great and the ambience is okay it's a bit barren and the covid business hours haven't changed yet and almost every time i drive here i feel disappointed when i arrive at 5:45 after work and it closes at 7:00 another complaint is that the arcade here half the time the games around the mall don't work at all and just take your money. bowlskis is a great addition to the mall and i miss the pretzel store i want to see this mall have life breathed into it again

Missing some good stores. Half the mall was empty for shows and what not. Definitely could be updated a bit. But the people were friendly and service was decent! Just not crazy selection to offer.

I was sad to see that Barnes & Noble, previously located on Milton Road in a large solo building, was no longer there on a recent trip to Flag... However, when I learned that they moved to Flagstaff Mall, I decided to take a trip there one afternoon with the kids. We went to Barnes & Noble as well as a handful of other stores. As others said, this mall leaves a bit to be desired with lots of empty retail space, but we managed to enjoy our time there. Pros: -There is plenty of parking surrounding the mall. -The location is easy to access and it is right across the street from the Harkins movie theater -There is a decent food court -The mall offers a handful of stores that were appealing to me and my kids including B&N, Famous Footwear, Lids, Bath & Body Works, Foot Locker, GameStop, etc... -There are also some kiosks, cell phone stores, etc... As mentioned above, the cons are really that it's a very small mall with empty space. There also seemed to be some shady characters hanging around, but I think you get that with most malls these days.

We were shopping in Rack Room Shoes on Saturday, July 1st 2023. We had asked an employee for some help with some shoes. She was Caucasian, with blue and blonde hair. She was immediately rude to us. Acted annoyed because she had to use a ladder. Snickered at us and told us “ do you know how long this is going to take.” She was rolling her eyes the whole time at us. Our 2 yr old was trying to show us something. He was being a 2 yr and she turned around and gave him a dirty annoyed look and turned around. When we went up to pay she was rude to me. Very rude. When I said I didn’t want them anymore because of my experience and how she was treating me. The other employee told us we should stop being so rude and started laughing at us. She was a Hispanic young women. When we asked for the manager another women said she was the manager while laughing. She was shorter with curly short hair. She told us that we were harassing them and that we were causing a scene. The other girl was still laughing at us. My fiancée told her to please stop laughing and she continued and said she was going to keep laughing. I have never had an experience like that in a store before. I called to number for another manager and left a message. I am going to take this to corporate. I will never shop there again. And I will tell every person I know in flagstaff about my experience.

Zumiez workers were too helpful and I couldn't casually look in peace. They were trying to upsell everything when I told them I was just looking around. Also they asked the strangest questions and looked at me suspiciously like I was trying to steal. Awkward experience.
