Gregory at the front desk needs a raise! He was so helpful in so many ways during our stay. Dropping our kid off at NAU was stressful and our stay here was one less thing to worry about. Breakfast was great. And everyone we talked to was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you for everything!

The fire alarms went off close to midnight. Had a little trouble finding the stairs. Was woken up and carried my screaming toddler out. Supposedly it was a prank.

I travel for work and I haul a trailer most places. Parking was amazing. Plenty of room. The establishment is pristine and the service was excellent.
