Horrible!!!!! Horrible!!!!!! beds. It was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. This is the only reason I gave 3 stars. The hotel was super nice, the staff was super nice, the view from room 320 was awesome with the view of the mountain peak. My best advice is to change your mattresses. Ppl pay good money for the hotel stay.

Clean and updated hotel - location was the only bad part since you could hear the highway. The breakfast options were a bit lacking and the elevator was scary but other than that a pleasant stay.

Decent hotel. Needs a little more attention paid to cleaning. Condition of amenities was pretty good. I always love Hampton Inn breakfasts and this was no exception. Very close to everything in Flagstaff. Hotel seemed very busy and full but parking was still easy.

We stayed at this hotel and were very unpleasantly surprised. First and foremost, the price for the room was extremely high — around $300 per night on weekends. The quality of service was poor, and the hotel itself is old and quite run-down. In our room, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which only dissipated when we kept the door closed to prevent the smell from entering the room. Breakfast was not included in the rate, despite the already high price for the stay. Instead, we had to pay an additional $15 for a breakfast that was of mediocre quality. The hotel overall feels shabby and not very clean. It’s popular mainly because of its location in a tourist area, but lately, Hilton has been disappointing, and we don’t feel like staying there anymore.

Traveling with my daughter and grandsons yesterday and when my daughter did her usual bed bug check she found a bed bug. The hotel was less than concerned. Car camping was the preference. So disappointed at the lack of concern.

Just went to check in. It’s late but I always check my rooms before we sleep and I found bed bugs in the room in Room 421.
Very not happy.

Excellent hotel service and staff are friendly, awesome location.
Rooms: Clean Furniture is up-to-date.The beds were comfortable the beautiful view of the mountains in flagstaff.
