Hilltop Townhomes offers extra-large living for Northern Arizona University students, with huge townhome floor plans and huge bedrooms. It features a 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center, a fully-loaded recreation center, modern kitchens, and an Academic Success Center with iMacs and free printing. The community is close to everywhere on campus. Reviews highlight the great staff, who are described as wonderful, super nice, helpful, and professional. Many residents report a really positive experience and love the community. The fitness center is appreciated. However, significant and persistent Wi-Fi problems are reported, described as unreliable, with issues taking a long time to resolve, leading to missed assignments. This has resulted in a recommendation against it for students with online classes. The property itself looks amazing.

Love this community. Great staff, great 24/7 fitness center. Shout out to Ava, Louie, Rin, Melanie, and Marley. Louie and Marley helped bring packages to my door as I had a lot to carry. It was very nice of them.
