“We have been using Casey and his crew for 8 years now. Probably 14+ elk, two deer, and one javalina. They produce absolute quality. I live in Prescott and driving all the way to Doney Park is a no brainer when it comes to who I trust with my wild game. He runs a top notch operation and I have never had any complaints (I can't say the same for the other processors in Northern AZ). We killed a cow in October of this year and Casey was full! We were forced to use a competitor and were sorely disappointed. It was a great reminder of how good we have it with Casey's. My son shot a bull yesterday and we were able to take it to Casey's. So thankful we were able to get in. If you use Casey, do yourself a favor and get at least a minimum order of his jalepeno cheese summer sausage. You won't be disappointed.”
“Meat lovers paradise. So many delicious unique options for food. Highly recommend. Portion sizes are worth the price. You may even want to take the rest home to finish later. The chips are oven baked and not too salty. So delicious. I had the half roast beef and it was filling and the horseradish cheese made the sandwich so flavorful. Loved it.”
