Lex helped me get the new phone going again and trouble shoot issues. They were quite professional, lighthearted, and kind during my time of upset and intensity. I always drive to the Flagstaff Crickets from Sedona, because the one closest to me in Cottonwood is awful and not even there in hours they are scheduled to be.This location, however, gets a huge kudos!”
