“Howdy, today I had terrible experience at Stamples in Flagstaff-refused to help me print a time sensitive document. Bluntly told me she would not help, refused to get a supervisor and manager. So, I googled FedEx and let me tell you all a young lady, MIRANDA, assisted me every step of the way, including showing me what to do on my phone. I'm 70 yrs old and not up to date on these phones. She is the sweetest, most helpful customer service oriented person I have had contact with in the past decade. Just like it use to be. Excellent and qenuine service. I can't express my gratitude for her help and FedEx Ex for hiring the cream of the crop. Thank you, again.
