“Live in the mountains, great service, I monitor my own tank as i am a full time resident. place my orders on line, when i get to 30%. usually filled in a couple of days. billed on line no hassle. much better than my previous supplier. ferrell has some type of calculated use monitoring system, that does not work, I use way more than their calculations, I monitor and update myself so not really an issue. price is OK compared to my previous supplier. overall great service.”

How refreshing to call and quickly get a local person to help you on the phone and then have the new tank installed so fast! “I've used the Flagstaff location a few times. The people are very friendly the management does overall a good job. You're in and out very quickly and the U-Haul app Helps with reservations for the most part. My only issue is that there's no storage available only small 5-ft storages. My other issue is that the U-Haul app has no intelligence built into it when booking additional storage units through the app. You may end up in another building if you order additional storage. I brought this up to manager Rebecca who quickly excused herself from any customer service and remarked she doesn't control the app and I should provide feedback to uhaul. No that's actually your job as management and yes you can compensate me for a poor customer experience. At one point I had 5 storage units due to the apps inability to utilize simple AI based on purchase history, original storage location, etc. Overall the worst part of my experience was utilizing the app to book a storage unit that didn't meet my needs and wasn't located in the same building. Often time instead of one large 10 ft unit they book you two 5 ft units that may not even be located together.
When you're unpacking at 9:10 p.m. that's not what you want to occur. Otherwise I do think it's very well run very clean and very efficient they do a great job, for the most part friendly unless you of course have a customer service issue then they likely refuse to be hands on and ask you to call corporate.”
“The driver showed up when expected which was great since we were completely out.also there was another storm coming in and he made the window. He also stayed and helped us get our water heater started it’s kind of finicky”
