“Live in the mountains, great service, I monitor my own tank as i am a full time resident. place my orders on line, when i get to 30%. usually filled in a couple of days. billed on line no hassle. much better than my previous supplier. ferrell has some type of calculated use monitoring system, that does not work, I use way more than their calculations, I monitor and update myself so not really an issue. price is OK compared to my previous supplier. overall great service.”

I called and Athena in the office was friendly and knowledgeable and set up my new account and Yancy the service tech even came out the very next day to install my new tank! How refreshing to call and quickly get a local person to help you on the phone and then have the new tank installed so fast! “This place is great. They refilled my propane gas tank. They do this everyday 7:00 a.m. till sunset Sundays 9:00 a.m. till sunset

The staff is friendly supposedly. You can also use the app to get the service quicker but I had no need they were on site. They knew right away that I needed propane”
“The driver showed up when expected which was great since we were completely out.also there was another storm coming in and he made the window. He also stayed and helped us get our water heater started it’s kind of finicky”
