“I've never owned a pair of Red Wings ever in my life. I saw one of my coworkers with them and thought they were kinda nice. I was about to get a haircut nearby and noticed that they looked a little packed so I decided to see what up with them. I walked in and was like these are actually really nice and there is a great selection. We Fernando started helping me it made me feel like I've never know about shoes in my life it's crazy how much he knew. I had a million and one questions and he could tell me about what fabrics were used in the socks and where, ive never seen that kind of dedication to a brand from an employee. He knew things god himself wouldn't know. If there was red wing jeopardy you couldn't stop that man. He was incredibly patient and so attentive to what I needed and wanted and eventually I got two pairs of boots that I like and it took us over an hour but he was so happy to assist. It sold me with the expert craftsmanship and brilliant designing along with the excellent customer service and unrivaled knowledge of the staff that just had me giggling like a school girl. I tell you what, ill never buy a pair of boots that ain't Redwing ever again in my life. Dont forget about the cleanings too now. So comfortable, stylish and perfectly crafted with every detail accounted for in each stitch it seamed (no pun intended). I just can't even tell you how ecstatic I am to find a boot that I can stand in all day and not hurt my knees and feet. You don't just buy a pair of boots with these guys you buy a lifetime experience and they have earned a lifetime customer.”

“Cool place to come get some good priced deals on what you want. We stopped here recently on our trip to get some shoes and some gear to flaunt in town lol. I walked and tried on several pairs of shoes i liked ad purchased us some. They had my size feet in all sizes. There are tennis shoes, dress shoes and hiking shoes here. Nothing was real expensive. Customer service was great. Id love to come buy more shoes here in the future.”

“I adore taking a look at the new items that come into the shop. There’s a lot of stuff that’s reworked and fun accessories. My biggest complaint outside of prize, as I’m okay with spending a little bit more for good quality, is that the sizes mostly ever go up to L. I have found items that I fit in the range given but if you’re plus size or even mid size finding clothes that fit can be a challenge. The styles are all up to trend and unique so it feels like a real score to land an item. All the employees I’ve come across are very nice. It’s just sometimes hard with the really limited size range.”

“I adore this store. So many great finds from Shyanne, Idyllwind, Cody James, Miss Me, Ariat and more. I tend to struggle to find XS/S sizes in a lot of cute tops. They usually have a lot of Medium, Large and X-Large sizes the most. So if I need a smaller size I must order online. I like getting coupon codes if I do ship to store option. So that's what I will usually do. The boots are incredible here, but also lacks a little bit with some sizes. My favorite boot brands are Ariat and Shyanne. I can always find a cute pair of boots when I'm looking for them. I also love the accessories and jewelry section here. There's just so many options of those! I personally have not had issues with staff welcoming me, or asking if I need help. I feel they are great at welcoming people as we walk in, and they usually ask if we need help a few minutes after we come in which is what I prefer. There is one gal currently who is super bubbly and friendly that I enjoy talking to when I come in! I only wish they could keep the smaller sizes in stock a bit more, that would be awesome!”
