Sterling Pointe offers pet-friendly one and two-bedroom apartments in central Flagstaff, close to Northern Arizona University and downtown. The apartments are nice, with in-unit washer/dryer, good living space, and modern appliances. The complex features amenities including a gym, pool, and hot tub, though these are sometimes closed for maintenance. Residents note the management and maintenance team are accommodating, helpful, communicative, and friendly. The maintenance staff is praised for being easy-going and efficient. The location is convenient, near campus and grocery stores. However, the rent is considered high and increases significantly upon lease renewal. Some residents feel more could be done for snow and ice removal in winter, and note issues with pet waste on the property. Overall, the apartments are viewed as comfortable and well-equipped, but expensive.
Ginny is a great person; she made our visit to Sterling Pointe a lot of fun. It's a pain to have to move suddenly - I am used to having months in which to plan, and we have mere weeks - but she reduced our stress and made me very glad we visited Sterling Pointe. I hope our application goes through OK.

Been an awesome place to live. Manager and maintenance team is always super accommodating and helpful. Favorite part is that the hot tub is always kept clean and hot!
