Rustic historical hotel, the staff is down to earth friendly. For the price and location can’t beat it.

Was a neat place to stay. We are dinner at the pub was good but nothing special. Staff were not very attentive. Had to for the waitress to show up together another drink. Had the same issue in the bar. Room was nice. The tub did not drain very well. Had about 3-4"of water in the tub when I was done with my shower. TV had no signal. The noise on the street was very loud in the room. The noise from the band was not bad. Overall was a pleasant stay. Even though my stay was okay I would not plan on staying there again. The parking situation is horrible. I would give a overall rating of 3 out of 5 stars. I would also not recommend anyone to stay here.Food & drinks: Good but nothing special.

I felt like we were thrown in the dungeon. The room was the only room in the back by the employees entrance. To get to the room we had go across the bar to the back room. I felt totally isolated and unsafe. No wifi service or TV. Then there was no hot water, had to take a shower in cold water with 29 degree weather. The heater did not work. Don’t get me started on the poor service at Charley’s Pub. We waited for 30 minutes before someone asked how we were doing. No acknowledgement by the server, she just kept walking by several times. I finally tracked down the manager and all he could say “we are busy”. As a paying customer did not want to hear that his lack of staffing is my issue. He should’ve taken ownership for his lack of staffing. Not once did he apologize or take initiative for his mishap. To be honest I thought the small town feel would be a better experience. I live in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and can say that we have been treated as poorly as we did at Weatherford Hotel. I would never return to Flagstaff nor recommend Weatherford Hotel to anyone.Rooms: No hot water, WiFi, or TV serviceSafety: Felt unsafe and isolatedFood & drinks: Poor service at Charley’s Pub

Got married here on October 31st 2023! Kim was great and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. The process and ease of everything helped make everything so easy with almost no stress. Kim was always available when needed and was extremely accommodating. We really appreciated that they kept their Halloween decorations up for us. It was such a great experience at the Weatherford!

We didn't stay here on our recent visit to Flagstaff but stopped by to check out this beautiful historical hotel and have a cocktail in the well-known Gopher Hole piano bar. A must do if you're in Flagstaff.

We came to Flagstaff from Phoenix to celebrate the new year, me and 5 of my friends. We went into the bar at 9:30 and paid the $10 cover each, and hung out for about 2 hours. Then one of my friends gets up to go to the bathroom and your bar manager with blonde short hair told him he had to pay $250 or to get out. When he refused because we already had paid to be in there, he was grabbed by the shoulders and thrown out. Amazed that you allow service like this at your hotel, our entire trip was incredible until this last trip of the weekend. Please address this so you don’t have other prospective customers who are turned away by this greedy security guard. Happy New Year I guess?

In there for NYE with some friends before the cover charge at 10pm and the bar manager kicks us all out after accusing us of breaking in. We had asked the front desk beforehand what the cover charge was for upstairs and the bar manager tells us it’s sold out. “Back of the line” he says. We tell him that we had already ordered drinks at the downstairs bar and were just inquiring about the price to get upstairs. Afterwards he promptly kicks us out after his coworker vouches for us. What a shame….

This hotel was on our "bucket list" places to stay. (We had been to their restaurants/bars on site in the past on a previous visit to Flagstaff.)We stayed in Room 39 - one of their larger suites. It was huge, very quaint, and came with a front view. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go, and although their restaurant doesn't open until 11 am, their staff had given us a couple of recommendations for where we could get breakfast. We went with their first suggestion, a quaint little diner type place where the staff was accommodating and friendly, just like the Weatherford Hotel staff. We love historic hotels, and the Weatherford did not disappoint. Everyone on staff there was extremely helpful. Should we have occasion to stay in Flagstaff again, it will be our hotel of choice going forward.

I stayed here last week and had a great time. Ate at the restaurant and the server Nadine was outstanding. She went above and beyond with each thing we needed. She exemplified what would attract us back to this establishment!

This was the last stop on our Freaky Foot Tour in downtown Flagstaff. Such a unique place! Loved the bar on the third floor and the haunted history of the hotel. Bartenders were great as were the mixed drinks. Will definitely come back and possibly stay in the hotel during our next visit.
