The Weatherford Hotel in Flagstaff, Arizona offers a charming and affordable alternative to chain hotels. Located in the heart of downtown, this historic building provides a unique experience with its interesting architecture and rich history. The friendly staff welcomes guests, and the third-floor bar is a popular spot for people-watching while enjoying a beverage. However, some guests have reported mixed experiences. While the hotel's character and central location are praised, issues with room assignments, slow service, and safety concerns have been noted. Rooms can be noisy due to the street traffic, and the lack of central air conditioning can be a problem during the summer months. Overall, the Weatherford Hotel provides a distinctive lodging option in Flagstaff. Guests appreciate the hotel's historic ambiance and walkable access to the city's dining and shopping. Despite some service and maintenance challenges, the Weatherford remains a popular choice for those seeking a unique and affordable stay in the downtown area.
We did the ghost tour and Scott was awesome, there was a lot of activity.

Stayed in a Queen room. Loved it! Very clean. Spacious for a historic hotel room. Enjoyed the photos in the hall depicting early Flagstaff. Having traveled by train, I appreciate the close proximity to the train station. However, that is not for everyone if quiet is your desire. Love the Weatherford!
