“I have shopped here many years....I don't see the bad service that is listed below.My one HUGE complaint is that there can be long lines and then I can always look around in disgust as 3-4 vested employees with walkies standing around laughing or not caring about the wait the customers are having to endure.Edit 1/2/23: Horrible experience with online pickup. Received the TEXT that my order was ready, parked (along with many other vehicles in "those" spaces)... Waited 30 minutes, got increasingly upset, went inside to get my stuff... 1 poor girl working the whole thing. She told me I had to wait another 30 minutes for my rotisserie chicken? What? Management... FIX THIS.”

“A silversmith from Nebraska, so i don't have any options and have to travel to buy supplies or do so online. Visited AZ on vacation and was so happy to hear they had a thunderbird supply here! Very friendly staff that was helpful and a good selection of turquoise stones too!”
