“Great service, such helpful employees, Sedrik (not sure of spelling) showed and helped me with my Amazon return. Store is clean and very user friendly. Thank you!”
“I had an amazing experience over the Fourth of July weekend! Staff was friendly and efficient! My prints came out better than expected and were done with speed! Also not to mention 100 post cards for 70 bucks can’t beat that!!”
“Although the ups phone line is absolutely infuriating, after finally getting someone competent, they got word back to our local ups and all issues have been fixed. Major props to our local ups!”
“I like the people that work there. They always say hello when you walk in. Always eager to help you out. I go there all the time, instead going into town. Plus they are in a great location to where I live. Also there always pretty well stalked.”
“Had an issue here with a package not being delivered to a house that this USPS stated was vacant although someone frequents the area. I created a claim with USPS because I felt the situation was hopeless. Justin called the next day after filing the claim with USPS and handled the situation professionally along with offering an easy solution. Very happy with the package being held for pickup rather than returning to Ohio.
Very happy with how this was handled. Thanks Justin!”

“Not as good as Huachuca City Post Office, but miles ahead of Sierra Vista. Yes, the lady can be “cranky” but still gets the job done. If I were king I’d put the nation’s mail service out to bid. Let a corporation run them. At least they could get rid of poor performers.”

“I had a missing package and because I've never had a misdelivered package returned to me, I didn't think I would get it back. When I called, this post office reassured me that I would, responded to my service request, and had it the next day. Thank you so much!”
