This place is like Fort Knox to get into and receive assistance. Previously there was a public distribution center for FedEx just down the road from this building, but they closed it. Difficult situation.

I did not like waiting at a locked gate in the parking lot for a clerk to get my package in the extremely hot sun. I did not feel like a customer, I felt nothing more than a dollar sign.

It was a little awkward picking up my shipment, but they were very courteous and I got my item.
