“The employees there are always so helpful. There is a community full of older folks that sits right behind the store and everyone there is always patient and kind when dealing with the geriatric generations that frequent there. The manager, Brian, must be doing something right and Dollar General as a whole company could certainly learn a thing or two from the folks at the store on Joy Ln in Fort Mohave, AZ.”
“We were in Dollar General today. Thursday Feb.8th. We self scanned our products. The woman in charge was fixing one of the self scanning machines. We came home to realize we forgot a bag. We went back and not only did she have our package saved for us, she placed the cold products in the cooler not to go bad. That was far and beyond the call of her duty. Thank you very much for hiring such a great individual. We will be going back because of her service. You don't find empolees like her anymore.”
