“I just wanted to give a massive rave to Manny V at the Bullhead City location and his amazing customer service!! I was in this morning around 10:30-11:00 am to pay my phone bill and there were 3 people ahead of me. I wasn't in a hurry so I took a seat a relaxed for a minute. I over heard the young man say his other employee called out sick and he was by himself. When I got there he was helping a older couple figure something out with there bill and then when done with them he moved on to the next lady in line. Well the lady ahead of me decided she wanted to be helped first and just went and started talking to the young man completely interrupting the lady he was already helping. She was completely insufferable, rude and impatient the entire time I was there and Manny handled it perfectly and with a good attitude & smile!! BEING OLD IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO BE AN INSUFFERABLE B***H TO PEOPLE. Great job Manny, keep up the good work?”

“Came into the store about a week ago, because I was having issues with my calls dropping. I wasn't looking forward to it, due to my first visit there. I had spent over 2 hours there the first time because the Internet constantly going in and out, it was a terrible! This time I came in and spoke with Art, he was super friendly. I did bring up the Internet, He laughed it off with me and reassured me that he and the staff worked hard and have gotten new faster internet. He, Manny and Salina were all very friendly and were very knowledgeable. They showed me and guided me through my issue and I was able to make calls again. The store definitely feels a lot more friendly and full of good vibes compared to my last visit. Highly recommend cricket to anyone looking for great staff and amazing prices compared to Verizon, T-Mobile and who ever else is left.
