“Came into the store about a week ago, because I was having issues with my calls dropping. I wasn't looking forward to it, due to my first visit there. I had spent over 2 hours there the first time because the Internet constantly going in and out, it was a terrible! This time I came in and spoke with Art, he was super friendly. I did bring up the Internet, He laughed it off with me and reassured me that he and the staff worked hard and have gotten new faster internet. He, Manny and Salina were all very friendly and were very knowledgeable. They showed me and guided me through my issue and I was able to make calls again. The store definitely feels a lot more friendly and full of good vibes compared to my last visit. Highly recommend cricket to anyone looking for great staff and amazing prices compared to Verizon, T-Mobile and who ever else is left. Thank you Art for the help and thank you to Salina and Manny for the great conversation.”
