Lena is the best. So kind and compassionate. Once she already on her way to lunch and I was there to do a UA and she opened back up to allow me to leave the UA bc I wasn’t able to get there later. Another time I had my son with me and left him in lobby area to do U A and she made him a blow up glove with a cute face on it. She made his day. By far the nicest tech EVER. Labcorp is my lab of choice because of her.

Wonderful experience! Very professional, sweet staff, and quick/efficient! I am always a little nervous getting my blood drawn, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Easiest blood draw I've ever gotten!

At 7 am a group of ten fasting patients stood in line. They were informed door was broken and no key. And without an appts would not be acknowledged. At 7:15 am, an upset worker said she had talked to her manager K and they were closing Lab Corp without key to unlock broken door. Access to Lab Corp from Building A door, a few feet away wasn't allowed…where worker spoke to group saying “ go home.” The concerned patients, were frustrated with the rude upset employee, unable to apologize but said “go home “ we are closing. The Fasting patients were disappointed snd upset, too. Over the years…I have appreciated Lab corp in town but concerned about various service. This isn’t the first issue…it’s been accruing for years which raises more questions… Please do better with your workers, your customers and maintain your office. These are solve-able reasons compared to the medical reason your customers were at Lab Corp this morning.

She’s great! Very nonjudgmental, very professional even though she is very overworked! The other reviews were discouraging to say the least but this lab is literally a block from my home so I gave it a shot and I am so glad I did! She mentioned as I was checking in that she had back to back appointments every 10 minutes AND SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE! I don’t know how she manages to keep her stress level low but she sure does make you a priority and takes pride in her job! I believe the other reviews that state unfriendly, rude or terrible customer service all come from a place of little experience with foreign interactions. When I was first introduced to the Chinese culture buy a coworker when I worked in the food and beverage customer service department, I noticed that they don’t sugar coat things and they are straightforward. This is how she is and honestly it was very refreshing you know the whole small talk and the Good for nothing banter is exhausting sometimes and if you think about it it’s a waste of time. Also we have to be honest like how many actually care about how your day is going?! Most of it is pointless anyway back to my review she’s amazing. I absolutely would recommend her to anybody. I will actually probably drive all the way out here when I move just to go to her she is a great phlebotomist and her culture is extremely interesting as well so don’t get discouraged by the other reviews she’s fantastic.

Awful, rude, can’t be bothered to speak or look up. Called whoever she wanted without saying a word to anyone. Most unfriendly office and set up I have ever seen. My mom is 90, 45 min to get blood drawn is absurd. I will drive to Scottsdale next time at least they acknowledge you. So disappointed. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Utmost waste of time. Pick a different lab or location!

First time to this office. I found it to be very unfriendly. I could see that one person was in charge of everything and she couldn't be bothered to help anyone. Could not understand her when she called names and she didn't bother to look up from the computer to see who was there or if she was heard. I wouldn't recommend this lab.

The woman at the desk just sat there and wouldn't help me with the check in machine. I am elderly and don't understand some things, and she said just type it in every time i asked for help. The waiting room was empty so i was the only one there. I even asked her how i cancel my info off the machine because i had enough frustration and she just said it would erase out. I didn't want to leave my personal info in the machine, but i tried & tried, but she wouldn't help at all. I have been going to that location for many many years and she has been there forever. I would think she should have a heart & help people. I am now paying out of pocket somewhere else, and i will NEVER use labcorp again. They need to either shut down the Fountain Hills office or get better staff there this lady was so rude. Before those machines were there she would take the paperwork and it would be done quickly. Now that the machines are doing her job for her making life easy for her she won't even help me to understand what the heck I'm doing and how to do it. I've gone to other blood draw places and they have a machine where you put your driver's license and you type in your name and that's it, done.

Very efficient at drawing blood. Addressing the other reviews, they are not rude when you treat them with kindness. I have been going to this location for years and I have to say my first impression wasn’t all that great. But I quickly realized that when I was especially kind to her she was kind, warm, friendly, informative, and helpful.

Staff is extremely rude. Had no record of my appointment even though I have records of it on line. Test I needed was unavailable even though you can see online it is available - staff seemed to expect I should have been able to figure that out. Had a prior experience where they gave me a different test than the one my doctor ordered.
