Staff is extremely rude. Had no record of my appointment even though I have records of it on line. Test I needed was unavailable even though you can see online it is available - staff seemed to expect I should have been able to figure that out. Walked in for my appointment, had the scan code ready, and they said no problem, we've got you! Never had to scan, was taken in within a minute, and out in 2 minutes. Friendly staff, great job taking blood (not even a bruise!), in and out in 5 minutes. Terrific customer service!

I have never had a moments worry about going to this Lab. I have always found them to be friendly and efficient. In and out process. I do not understand the bad reviews at all.
