“Yesterday I was in our Fountain Hills Sherwin Williams store and just had to take the time to share my extra special treatment by Adam. I was in need of a gallon of paint that was not available during Covid. I waited till it was again being offered in my base coat, that is a “contractor grade” paint that would better match my home builders original finish. I explained the Covid situation to Adam and he shared the details of the difference between contractors paint and a better quality base of paint. Instead of just mixing my color in a more expensive paint that not only I don’t need, but he said wouldn’t match perfectly either. Just that extra mile of conversation was unexpected. I also inquired about a clear coat for a silver item I had sprayed already, that wouldn’t turn the shiny finish into a dull grey like always happens to me. Well, without hesitation he recommended a water based clear spray can, and low and behold……… it worked perfectly!l Try getting this kind of service at the big box stores! Ain’t gonna happen!
