I just started leasing here! Already love the location, close to a lot of shops and stuff to do. I was stuck between a couple places here in Fountain Hills, but Allie in the front office really closed the deal for me with how welcoming and helpful she’s been so far. I look forward to the rest of my time here :)

These are very nice, well maintained and well managed apartments. Staff and neighbors alike are very pleasant. A special shout out to Mackenzie! She is professional and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist. She has a great outlook and always greets with a smile! Thank you, Mackenzie!!
