“Well, allow me to start off this review by saying I must love calling Morningside "Home" as I have lived here for 14 years now! This complex has everything one could desire......great apartments, great management, great maintenance, and great neighbors. The complex is so close to shopping, the 101, and mountain trails to hike upon. Any problem that one might encounter is handled promptly and professionally. The parking area is well lit, there is a locker area for packages so nice and secure, and the area itself is a very safe one. So glad I found this gem back in 2009!”

“This is where I live. It's taken some time and my apt neededs to be updated but I've grown to love this place. I really hope when it comes to signing my next lease they might consider updating my apartment so I can stay here the girls in the office of the best, they're kind very efficient and they're very eager to help. If you're looking for a safe luxury place to live and you want to spend almost every day on vacation you might want to go check it out”
