This place is amazing! Since my boyfriend and I toured with Kenny, everything has been super professional and smooth. The leasing office staff are seriously a dream team — Amber and Marci (hope I spelled that right!) are so kind, professional, and on top of everything.
After some not-so-great experiences at other apartments, finding this hidden gem was such a relief. We definitely plan to renew and stay here. And for anyone worried about noise — I don’t hear a thing in my apartment. It’s very soundproof, quiet, and peaceful. I can’t hear my neighbors or outside noise at all. It’s convenient, well-kept, and just a great place to live.”
“I’ve really enjoyed living at the Aliante. The property is gorgeous and always well taken care of. The gym has everything I need, and the pool area feels like a little resort. The staff here are extremely kind and always willing to help with anything. Plus, the location is super convenient close to pretty much everything in Scottsdale. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.”
