Jay is a new manager and provides exceptional service. He ordered what I needed after an initial call and was ready to install the screen protector when I arrived. He even opened the store before official opening hours, on a Sunday no less! Thank you Jay and the local T mobile team!

This store has done nothing but screw us over. First it took 2 weeks to transfer our numbers after they say oh it's super easy. It wasn't as easy as they said. Also our first bill was $450 and now our 2nd bill is $435. It's supposed to be around $160. We're getting charged separately for all our lines and getting charged for 6 lines when we only have 5. They better fixed this because we've been patient long enough. I.I'm getting tired of it.

Worst customer service ever!! The boy at the front desk refused to call in to customer support. Promised our bill would go down after he promised that we sign up for a new package. Bill came in $200 over what he quoted. Jay at store 566E doesn’t have any business dealing with customers. My bill has been overcharged for the last 4 months because they can’t get it right. Been a customer for 20 years with sprint then they merge with this low quality group. Goodbye T mobile. Customer rep just wants to play on his phone.

Believe the negative reviews. T-Mobile Fountain Hills is a dishonest business, in large part. Things are hardly straightforward here. The only employee who made sense of my issue was Lily. Avoid this location if possible.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! If I could give 0 stars and sue I would. Brian is a scam artist. I was promised that nothing would change, which was a blatant lie. The entire plan changed and doubled in price, all of our protection was removed, I can’t say enough bad things about my experience. He flat out lied to try to make extra money, absolute scam artist he wiped my phone, nothing transferred, then hid in the back while Adrianna (who is AMAZING, wish I could have had her the whole time) tried to fix his problem. He couldn’t even put me on the right Wi-Fi, so I was there for hours because he put me on a Wi-Fi that didn’t work. Incompetent, rude, snake- avoid at all costs

Horrible experience was months ago and still with me. The arrogance and contempt these folks have for customers is unfathomable. When I questioned him on what he was saying after having just spoken with corporate, he became defensive to the point of physically posturing and threatening. He claimed immunity from corporate as they were independent. I would highly recommend dealing with any other T-Mobile store, no matter how far one has to drive. These punks shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Went into facility as had an issue with speaker not working in maps. The only thing the person wanted to do is sell me internet. Didn’t try to fix my issue and walked away. Ended up going to another store to get corrected.

They forced me to give them my name and then couldnt break a 50$ bill and then tried to make me wait while they opened their safe to BREAK A 20 and to top it all off they had NO OTHER CUSTOMERS so they should not have made me go though all that for a fucking usb cord

Ugh. This place....These guys will frustrate the heck out of you. They charge undisclosed fees that show up at the end of the transaction. They never have anything in stock. Sometimes, they might listen to what you want.If you have time to wait and don't care what you spend, this is the place for you. Better move is to call up T-Mobile and have them take care of you on the phone (or from the web). Since you'll likely have your device drop-shipped to you anyway, save yourself the fees and the unprofessionalism and go straight to the source.Want to keep things local and have tried to do business with these guys on three occasions now, but it's always a lousy experience.

I went in to t-mobile Fountain Hills store to buy a plan for Mexico City, the guy behind the counter wasn't sure about the plan he made a couple of calls, sold me a chip gave me a new number and a small tool to install it. The plan and chip NEVER WORKED, he said it was a telcel plan. I had to find a telcel office in Mexico City, one of the largest cities in the world, took me two days to find a telcel office, HAD TO BUY a new chip with new #. I called the FH store to let them know, the manager said " all the sales are final same thing happened to me when I went to Canada" quote!!! No other way of putting it, they stold my money. The guy who sold me the plan could not even PRINT nor E-MAIL the receipt, I had to take a picture of the transaction to have a record, WHAT A RED FLAG stupid me I ignored it!!!! These folks have no idea of what they are doing, they are ripping people off. below is part of their add on the web. Fountain Hills is a very small town, doing business like this will catch up with them. I am truly sorry to write this scolding review. T-Mobile customer service is missing the word CARE, pretty sad but at least bs your way out of it, say sorry or frigging something..thieves.Oh well.Works in Mexico & CanadaCall, text, & browse the moment you arrive in MX or CA.
