I was in a terrible pinch due to an unexpected delay with an online order caused by FedEx, and the folks here were more than willing to help me create a similar order to pick up in store as a back-up while I tried to figure things out with FedEx. Within just a couple hours of calling them with my issue, Cecilia's team called back with a workable substitute order to ensure I did not need to cancel or postpone our arts workshop. Huge thank you to this store for the wonderful customer service and timely assistance!”

“Decent prices, discount with phone number, and lots of supplies. Employees can be really hit or miss but most are wonderful. My only complaint is that I have to leave my bag up front and the employees don't really watch the bags. It'd be super easy for someone to snag it on the way out. I suggest having a designated area behind the registers.”
