Matteo was a huge help changing my battery!! He was very friendly and happy to help. I’ve experience deep sighs and eye rolls in the past when I needed help replacing batteries in old cars or kids cars, but not with Matteo. His customer service was outstanding!

The visit was okay. Didn't find what I needed, but a more expensive combination of parts will work. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I would think a bumper jack would be available to purchase at AutoZone. Staff was friendly and checkout was quick and fairly painless.

We had an issue with a dead battery and the staff immediately helped us replace it. It was a difficult removal but the helper made it all happen. Replacement complete ! I recommend them highly !
