“Made a phone call and Nick answered. He answered all my questions and gave me his cell number. I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. Even before going to finance, I had the confidence the vehicle was what I wanted. Finance was excellent, very professional, gave prime examples of what he was speaking to and left nothing unsaid. In my 70 years of life, this was the most honest, caring, and helpful evolution when it comes to purchasing any item. When I need to purchase another vehicle, I will be looking up Nick and KIA Horne dealership.”

They were able to determine reason for check engine light which did not immediate repair and assured me I didn't need new spark plugs. “i’m writing this for my wife I was able to bring in her vehicle to fish’s hitches after discussion and explanation of what I needed, we decided on a certain hitch for my wife’s SUV and paid for it upfront and did a great job of work, and even though it took him a little bit longer than he anticipated, there was no up charge for the service and he was very knowledgeable and fair and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I’ve previously experienced U-Haul service for receiver, hitches, and is very dependent on who you have most our recently trained and in the past I’ve had to bring it back at least one time or so because they did not finish the job at U-Haul. There was no concern this time couldn’t recommend a more highly.”
