“These guys are top notch in support. Car die in my driveway, they came and diagnosed it at my house (3 miles away). Had it towed to the shop on Saturday, Tuesday it was done. Rob is really easy to work with,cause of my work schedule. Wife works mornings, I work 2-10:30 , home about 11. They really made it easy. And the mechanic (David)who works for them afternoons and Saturdays, is the badest Euro mechanic in Phoenix. Really great shop with great guys. I will never take my Audi anywhere else. And the rates are very good. I’m not rich guy.”

“Needed a battery. NAPA was the only place that would delivery in-stock batteries quickly! I ordered after hours and received the battery first thing in the morning on a Saturday! The store even called to respond to my order question! They quickly delivered my battery, lifted into my car for me, and took my old core! I had my new battery in in 15 min. My only suggestion is it would be nice to have installation services for a battery at your location. I'd pay an additional $25 for it.”
