I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. Even before going to finance, I had the confidence the vehicle was what I wanted. Finance was excellent, very professional, gave prime examples of what he was speaking to and left nothing unsaid. In my 70 years of life, this was the most honest, caring, and helpful evolution when it comes to purchasing any item.
