Gabriel and Jake are always helpful. James and Willow are always terrible. 50/50 shot on either getting great customer service or the worst. Multiple bad experiences with getting "help" from willow and james

Wow....how could I begin to start. An amazing young man and middle-aged man, (Name tags read Travis and Jake) Were able to help me and my subordinate Abraham with our battery. The younger fellow Travis was struggling a bit on the removal process, but Jake with his DECADES of knowledge and expertise outright stunned me, that battery was taken out in mere minutes! I applaud you two for such great assistance and kindness for helping us.

I came into the store needing help removing a ball from my hitch. The thread had been stripped and the nut was very difficult to remove. James who was working was so incredibly nice. He offered to help me get it off. It took us about 10 minutes to wrench this thing off. By the time we were done we were both sweating and James brought me a water! Wow I’m so impressed with the customer service! James went above and beyond!! Thank you so much James!

Not very pleased, my check engine light in my car came on so I went to get a scan to get the code to figure out what was wrong, I stood there for about 5 minutes before the lady playing on her phone was hollered at to come and help me. (Name tag said willow) as I was mid sentence asking for help, she said “ok” walked away and grabbed the tester not even letting me finish. She ran the test and when it was done she just said ok done and quickly went inside leaving me out side with my car. So I rushed after her inside and she handed me some papers and said here you go. Me being a younger female not knowing much about cars I asked her to help explain to me what this meant and she rudely said “I don’t know you have to get some code and ask your dealership” I thought the whole point of coming here was to get answers about my car not send me to a dealership. Will not be returning, very rude customer service.

Your day never starts right when your battery dies. Garret at this location turned a bad day into a good one. He installed a new battery for me, sharp kid with mechanic skills. This particular store goes above and beyond, thank you for the help!

My battery has died the previous night so the morning was already a rough start. As the day started, I was already very worried about getting the right battery, pricing for that battery, etc. However, as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Gabriel. Gabriel was able to help me get the right battery and even installed it. The installation took no time at all and I was able to get on with my morning stress-free.
Gabriel went above and beyond, making my experience with Autozone amazing.
I will definitely coming back to autozone for my other automotive needs!

The manager Clayton was extremely helpful and staff was amazing. They serviced my battery in a quick and efficient manner, while also maintaining great customer service. I had a battery overheat and they explained why it happened and set me up with a brand new battery and better brand.
