Nibras Edam in particular has been praised for his exceptional assistance, especially for new customers who are new to the country. He has helped make the banking process much easier for them. The relationship banker, Noel Askwith, is also consistently described as professional, courteous, and friendly, even when the location is busy. The customer service at this branch is respectful and welcoming, making customers feel comfortable. When closing an account, the manager Mechelle and employee Julia provided a smooth and pleasant experience, greeting the customer warmly, offering refreshments, and guiding them through the process efficiently. Is terrible for putting money in. My check still hasn't cleared in days and banks have the worst hours of business. Awful join a credit union (the owner is also ingenuine)
