“Hello! So I just wanted to share something... About the Gilbert location... This was the best personal experience I've had dealing with a bank. First and foremost I like the fact that a human actually answers the phone! And then when I got there the energy in that place is amazing... It's because there's good people there. They actually greet you and treat you like a human being not just another number. I like how they are personal, it's not just a bank where you walk in and open an account and that's that... They take the time to talk to you and figure out your needs... I went in to open a business account and I didn't know really where to start and the experience was good it was long LOL but it was good. Ada at the Gilbert location was and is amazing ❣️ I love the follow up calls as well. WAFD Bank is awesome... The only thing I don't like is that they're not open on Saturdays LOL that's the downside for me LOL. But other than great experience.”

Since the acquisition by UMB, I have noticed service drop off. I am actually mainly writing this review in an attempt to get someone to call me back. I have called multiple numbers, left VM's, send emails and have yet to hear back from them about a commercial loan that I had with AZ B&T that I can no longer track down. No one answered the two numbers that I called and the only option was to leave a VM versus putting me on hold. Very interesting business practice for a bank.”

“Adriel is a subject matter expert when it comes to the institutions offerings, and is very friendly! I had just moved to the area, and was looking for a new bank nearby and decided upon BMO as they have a stellar reputation and many branch locations throughout the valley.
From the moment I entered the branch, Adriel greeted me and was immediately prepared to help me open my new accounts. Whereas most personal Bankers that help you strictly service customer accounts, he came from behind the teller counter and led me into an office and immediately got to work on opening my new products with BMO.
Unlike some of the bigger Banks, he took a genuine concern in my personal banking needs, explaining everything that was available and made recommendations based upon my personal fiscal situation.
I will do business with this Branch as much as possible due to his skill set. Given his ability to take a genuine interest in the customers needs, his product offerings expertise, and his friendliness, I think that he ought to be on the fast track for management.

“Wonderful service at this branch! A huge thank you to Ruben, James, and Christian.My husband and I were previously Simple bank customers, which was then bought out by BBVA, and then bought out by PNC. We unfortunately didn't like either BBVA or PNC as much due to extra fees and slower transfer times, so we decided to close our account. Unfortunately we ran into some trouble with PNC's mobile support in the process, so we finally visited the branch for help. We were super thankful that the branch was able to get everything smoothed out.I initially worked with Ruben who was fantastic! He was very patient and did not give up until we found a solution for my problem. He was also very friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. During our second visit, we additionally worked with James and Christian who were great as well. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about helping us.I would easily give 5 stars for the service at this branch. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because PNC as a company seems to have processes that slow things down and make things more difficult for both their employees and customers. Both visits took quite a bit of time, at no fault of the branch employees. PNC processes required them to make calls, wait on hold, and go through multiple hoops for support.”
