“Hello! So I just wanted to share something... About the Gilbert location... This was the best personal experience I've had dealing with a bank. First and foremost I like the fact that a human actually answers the phone! And then when I got there the energy in that place is amazing... It's because there's good people there. They actually greet you and treat you like a human being not just another number. I like how they are personal, it's not just a bank where you walk in and open an account and that's that... They take the time to talk to you and figure out your needs... I went in to open a business account and I didn't know really where to start and the experience was good it was long LOL but it was good. Ada at the Gilbert location was and is amazing ❣️ I love the follow up calls as well. WAFD Bank is awesome... The only thing I don't like is that they're not open on Saturdays LOL that's the downside for me LOL. But other than great experience.”

“Update: I have been contacted and my buddy Nidal is still at the branch (I didn't know this). And he is awesome.
Since the acquisition by UMB, I have noticed service drop off. I am actually mainly writing this review in an attempt to get someone to call me back. I have called multiple numbers, left VM's, send emails and have yet to hear back from them about a commercial loan that I had with AZ B&T that I can no longer track down. No one answered the two numbers that I called and the only option was to leave a VM versus putting me on hold. Very interesting business practice for a bank.”

“Clean cdc guidelines are followed there is huge plexiglass between the cashiers and customers! 6 ft rule applies, must have on a mask . Not busy friendly staff, 2 workers available no line fresh coffee . I'd recommend this location and go back again!”

“Always greeted when I come to the branch. I have come to know the the people having banked here for years and always get the assistance I need. On a rare occasion, there is a long line but it is usually customers who need extra help and some take 30 minutes getting things done. The tellers not only are assisting those inside but also taking care of those in the drive through. I have waited in line but it is nothing like the time it has taken at different banks, BofA takes so much longer it's ridiculous.”
