Build-A-Bear Workshop offers a fun experience where customers can create a unique plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, and scents. A special feature allows for a custom voice recording to be added to any plush. The store is also a place to host a PAWsome party for birthdays or other events, which includes a customized furry friend and a Special Heart ceremony.
Reviews note that the staff is often friendly, knowledgeable, and great at creating a magical experience, especially during the special heart ceremony which is a nice touch. The store is typically clean and well-stocked with options to dress the animals. Many find it a fun and interactive place to take kids and family, creating a great experience for first-time visitors. However, some reviews mention that staff can sometimes be better at informing first-time customers and that clothing choices can feel limited. Overall, it is considered a good experience and a fun place for children.
Had to get emergency surgery on one of my oldest Bears! Always so friend and kind & great. I have a bear for every year that I've been with my partner. I love that there are such great varieties available & they got the surgery done and my bear was greater than new...
