“Our family visited to make a birthday teddy bear for my daughter. We had so much fun picking out and making the bear, but what truly blew us away was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I didn't catch their names, but every single staff member working between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM on June 16th was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, through the bear-making process, to the service after our purchase, everything was flawless. It didn't just feel like a toy store; it gave us the kind of magical memories and experiences you'd expect from a theme park! Most importantly, My daughter was overjoyed, which made our whole family incredibly happy. Thank you!”
“After driving nearly an hour to get here, we got to the front doors and it was closed. I called the number to see when they would be open, hoping we could wait and then the GREATEST EMPLOYEE SARAH answered the phone. She explained that they were closed due to flooding. After she told me that she would be closed for the day, I asked if there was a way to still buy some slime because of the trip we made out here.Without hesitation she called her manager to confirm she could do so. We couldn’t enter the store due to safety reasons so she kindly and cheerfully brought samples to the door for my daughter to choose from and then checked us out. She handled the whole interaction so graciously and we are so thankful for the kindness she showed us and my daughter. She deserves a big raise.”

“Went in searching for some bulk for a pokemon card collection for myself, and a birthday gift for my husband. We chose this location because they had a lot of the bulk I wanted in stock. Picked up several singles (using their very nice ordering system), as well as some other pokemon merch & a single pack. Yes, the sealed was a bit high price - but it wasn't anything above what I would expect for a physical storefront. The customer service was awesome and I will definitely be back on future visits to the area.”

“Great store. There's colorful graphic tees and comfy lounge wear. They also have cute stationery. There's even a section with home supplies and even pet supplies, and another section with workout equipment. There's something for everyone. They also have assorted candies. Very clean and neatly organized.

“I recently visited GameStop to get a new headset, and I had an amazing experience with Ryan (long hair version). He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I got the headset I was seeking. He also took the time to inform me about all the discounts available, including those for pro members and veterans. Ryan mentioned that his regular store is Stapley and Baseline, but I’m planning to make the further trip to visit him again based on how great he was today. Thanks a bunch, GameStop!”

“This place is great! They offered a promotion in December and January of a fill-your-bucket for $20 and $15 refills through the end of January. I needed just standard square and rectangle bricks for my 4-year-old son transitioning from Duplos to smaller Legos. I was able to pick out some larger bricks that connected to both Duplos and smaller Legos.”
