Apparently they allow the high school kids to park on the side parking spots all day. Kind of frustrating when you need a parking spot in the afternoon and you see all the little kids walking on over with their backpacks getting into their cars. Male Staff member was so rude and dismissive when I asked about cash back. Was told to use the ATM instead, which charged high fees. Cash back is not available at this location.
