We live in the neighborhood, fill our gas here. Paid for their monthly coffee program, their coffee machines never been fixed or mean to be fixed for months, what a shame bc we like the location and people work there are nice!

I did get what I needed, but it was after a very long wait. I'm not sure what the problem is at this location, but I actively avoid this store due to the long checkout time. The self-checkout kiosks have issues; I've only been able to complete a transaction with one without issues about 50% of the time. The woman working the counter has no sense of urgency and will allow huge lines to form until the customers start to take action. If you love to wait, this place is for you.

This is my neighborhood Circle K so I stop in at least once a week. It is really busy around 3 to 5 but it is always well staffed so the line moves quickly. They recently changed the check-out lines to be all “Smart Checkouts” which never seem to work for be but there has always been a clerk right there to manually fix it.

Spent 40$ on two vapes here tonight, neither worked at ALL. Absolute theft. Never coming back.

This is our go to Circle K. Me and my daughter go a few times a week to get our special treat of a soda and the staff works very hard. This Circle K is very clean. I think Circle K deserves five stars. The Circle K is very well stocked.

Consistently has trash in parking lot. Only seems to be able to keep Coke Zero in stock about 50% of time.

Would give 0 if I could. I still use cash as I'm sure many people still do. Yet Circle K as a whole is still one of the only place that some how has an issue with the pandemic coin shortage ? no where else that I have used cash in the past 8 months has had an issue giving change back. Maybe adjust your prices to end in whole dollar amounts or if you can't give coins back then you cover that part. How much extra revenue are you making by keeping everyone's coins when you can give them proper change back?

This store is an absolute nightmare. The problem is that nobody cares enough to fix it. Was in today waiting in the line about 10 people deep, one girl at the register, one guy walking around, one girl putting away inventory at a snails pace. I waited 9 mins before I had to leave without getting anything. That’s when I saw the presumed manager outside taking a smoke break at 830 am. This is not the first, but it will be my last. You might ask well why didn’t you just use the self checkout? And I would say that they were both out of service. This store is just lucky to be in the location that it’s in, because there is nowhere else to go. I’ll get gas here and that’s it. Oh and the large froster slush drinks ring up about $4 at the self checkout…supposed to be like .89 cents. They haven’t even fixed the simplest things. Go ahead ring one in at the self checkout. I just paid it, because I didn’t want to wait 10 mins for assistance. Also the coffee is never ever calibrated. I’ll get an XL and them pour into the large cup. Look at the top of all the equipment, dusty, dirty and hasn’t been touched in months. I’ll stop now, I could go on and on. If I was the district manager for this store I would be absolutely embarrassed.

This place used to be my favorite circle k in the valley I would drive 20 plus just to come get the banana slushy they used to carry was the best ever an used to Always get hotdogs an everything else on the rollers but seems to be every time I come to see if they fixed their problems but looks to me like it's just getting worse. And you have a high school right across the street that's what they like.

This used to be the best Circle K in the southeast valley. It's a shame what's happened to it. Debris and trash everywhere. It's dirty. Bathrooms were the best but no more. Graffiti, trash, and extremely unclean. Hand dryers no longer work. The whole place looks like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in many months, and cleaned in general for at least two shifts. 6 months ago I couldn't have said any of this about it. So whatever changes has taken place in ownership and management over the last 6-9 months is really showing up now. Hate to write this stuff but it's one of the few good places in my work area.

For being a larger store and newer, the are always empty of everything. Breakfast is never there by 7, hot chocolate, creamers etc empty and their self scanner recognizes my things as something else. Staff are super nice and friendly, but being in the service industry, seeing 2 to 3 stores a day in just east valley. Come on. You can do better.

In the last 2.5 years, I’ve seen what was once a nice clean and efficient store turn into a dumpster fire. The staff is lazy and rude, the store is filthy, and the place already looks to be in the beginnings of run-down. I think I’ll just go to QT. BTW, their method of diverting pedestrian traffic is a violation of the National Fire Protection Code. Maybe someone should call the Fire Inspector for Chandler.
