Despicable, ordered 750 kush clamps that were all suppose to arrive on November 4th. I went to order another 80 more that I needed just to find out that my whole order has been pushed back till November 20. I am a traveling company. I planned my work around the delivery. I pay Perdiem, mileage and rooms for my associates. You can’t make no money with this garbage company. Clown supplier right here. I rarely use this company, but I promise you I will never use you again. What a joke. If you wanna make money on jobs that depend on Grainger supplying material… good luck.

Derek was awesome! We needed a capacitor for our well and Derek went to the back to look for it even though it showed no stock. He was able to find one! Good attitude and very helpful I hope he gets a raise

Horrible store and horrible manager.
Charged me twice for the same order and now noone is accepting responsibility for it.
Also corproate says they dont make you pay in advance the parts are picked up, so why were these guys askingcme to pay and then come in next day to get parts?
Dont shop here. Something suspicious is going on at this storet location

I've only been here once, but I'll definitely return if the need arises! I needed an air compressor switch, and I thought I found the right one on their website and it was in stock here. But I didn't purchase it online because I wasn't sure. So I brought the switch to the store, and the young lady did a lot of research on her computer, and determined they do not carry that exact version, but found it on the manufacturer's website and printed out the web page for me! And also gave my 4 year old son a freeze pop! And I hadn't even spent any money!! Top tier service!

Had a bad experience, it all started with the young lady in the counter,felt like I was a inconveniences to be there ,so she ask for what I was looking for I told her and gave the item # and I get to the job site and notice she gave me the wrong item, just wow ,first off you your self decided to work there no one appointed you this job , a little customer service goes along way,I get it everyone has a bad day ,but that doesn't mean you have to take out on your customers, I called customer service the lady that help me was amazing to talk to and help me out ,I'm still sticking to the one star ,due to the sour taste she left me with , plus the wrong item ?????

The Compression Valve in my Kohler shower failed. Had to turn off the house valve to stop it. Failed part was easy enough to determine. Google search showed it available for shipping from lots of places - but simply not in stock. Even made a couple phone calls.Grainger won the "Expected delivery by" match with a 1/5 delivery. Opposed to Prime, etc. with a 1/12 soonest delivery.And Grainger's price was competitive....as long as it arrives by 1/6...I got a notification it shipped early! What? What! Grainger shipped it before the end of day? Within hours.I got it this morning on 1/4!And it was the correct part!I easily replaced the part and now have my water back.What would have been a $615 repair w/no guarantee it would be fixed w/in 24hrs, was now a $61 fix with only a day and a half of minor inconvenience. Thank you Grainger for such a fast fulfillment!
