A wonderful facility, with plenty of amenities. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Worse night in a hotel room ever! We were in room 401. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine at the airport. It constantly made noise. The room was so bad that we cut our stay short and booked at another hotel. In addition to that, the mattress was terrible! The room has a king-sized bed, bt the mattress was the worse we've ever slept on at a hotel, and in 20+ years of marriage, that's saying a lot! Also, I boooked a "suite" but got a junior suite. When did a suite become just one room? I must have missed something on updates to the English language. I was disappointed when I asked the clerk at the desk if the room was indeed a suite, and he said no, it's a junior suite. I said "but I booked a suite, not a junior suite". He said "I know, it can be confusing, but I don;t have any wuites available". WOW!!! The room nbot being what it was supposed to be, the terrible mattress, and the worst part was the incredibly loud air conditioner in the uit, we had to leave. When we told them about it i the morning, the clerk said "yes, we hear that alot, that the air conditioner sounds like a jet engine" Dave, the maintenance man said they're aware of the problem, but can only replace 3 per month because of their budget. That's terrible!! I've had great experiencew with Hampton Inn all across the country; this one was by far the worst!! We'll never go back!

Nice place, nice people. Not a lot to complain about. Great location for food.
Food and drinks: With Dutch Bros and Cracker Barrel in the parking lot, what more could you ask for.

One of the nicest Hampton Inn's I have been too. Our family stayed in two rooms for 4 nights while our home AC was out. Everyone was so kind to us, breakfast gals were very friendly.
Free breakfast was a huge saver for our big family. Plus it was delish everyday! The free cookies at 4:30 every night made our day. They're so good, hot and fresh.
There were also free Tesla destination chargers in back for both of our cars. Hotel was very clean, quite, and up to date.
Beds are a 3 out of 5 but I may just be picky. Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stressful time just a little more manageable.
Walkability: There is a Dutch Bros, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, BBQ, and a very good Cracker Barel right out back. Less than 100 steps will be you to a ton of stuff.
Great location if you're needing a hospital.

Last month, I arrived in town to help the local police improve their mental heath. Once checked in, I noticed; the room was dirty, hairs in the tub, remote didn't work. I Spoke with General mgr Adam about getting a microwave. I never received one. I'm now in Florida at a Motel 6 for $75, the Hilton, was close to $200. Only great thing about this place was the pool. I would prefer a clean room than a fancy pool.

I expected more for what I paid. The room was equivalent to a much lesser hotel for two times the price. Furniture was old, ugly and chipped. Ugly tile in bathroom. The shower/tub had a fiberglass surround and a cheap shower curtain. Carpet was old, ugly and stained. TV was tiny and had no premium channels-just mostly reruns of old shows. No lighted make up mirror, and the hand held shower head was broken. No glassware, just paper cups for coffee. Very basic amenities. I booked based on the reviews I read-I think they all must have been about a different hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.Rooms: I was very uncomfortable with the condition of the roomNearby activities: NoneWalkability: Nothing near enough to walk to except for a fast food restaurant in the parking lot

We stayed here for a couple nights for our wedding out in Mesa! We did a block for rooms and had many of our guests staying here as well. The hotel and rooms themselves were clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice. The suite was very spacious for getting ready with hair and makeup artists as well. Very happy with our stay, helped make our wedding weekend great!

I hate taking stars off, but I must. A word of warning, the walls are very thin. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest wearing headphones at night if you like to sleep. If you don't, you're golden. The service is great, the free breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are professional and polite. Other than being knackered, it was a great stay.

Nothing says "slipshod ramshackle quality" like getting a note under the door at 9:30pm that water will be shut off the next morning from 5a-7a. Hope you aren't already asleep and didn't need to shower and get cleaned up before going into the regional office for a meeting!Didn't get warned when I checked in. Didnt get warned any of the times I headed out to go to the office, or get food, Why the hell are you not forewarning people?Rooms: No microwave in room, bathroom door is closet door and won't stay closed letting a draft in while showering, loud construction during the dayWalkability: A small chain coffee shop is in the parking lot. Outside of that, completely unwalkable.

Everything was fine except it was the first Hampton Suites I've been to that had NO microwave. Crazy.Food & drinks: Breakfast has been very good. Have plenty available for guests. Clean and presentable.
