The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix East Mesa is in a prime location for Gilbert, close to the airport but not too close, with many restaurants nearby. It is described as a fantastic, solid, and very good place to stay. The hotel is clean, new, and quiet, with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and good accommodations. Amenities include a functional workspace, a clean pool and hot tub, and a fresh and delicious breakfast bar. The staff consistently makes the difference, going above and beyond to meet needs. They are friendly, awesome, and make guests feel welcome. Some minor drawbacks noted include loud AC units, some traffic noise, and light coming into rooms. Overall, it is an impeccable visit with very good service.
Great place to stay, from the girls at the desk to the extremely clean rooms, to the delicious free breakfast served by Jess and the rest of the crew and careful driver that took us to the airport. Will definitely stay again

Fantastic service but lumpy uncomfortable mattresses. The hotel is great, clean, the staff is overwhelmingly friendly and service oriented and responsive, breakfast is average and what you'd expect. The bad mattresses resulted in bad night's sleep, but the pillows were great.
