I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spoke my mind about past poor experiences with this location, and he refused to honor my rental reservation and accused me of lying. Don't worry, I won't be back.

Scammer- shows they have cars available, you make a reservation and then are told they only have more expensive cars available. Then try to force you to pay the difference. Luckily, I was able to cancel and not pay. Gentleman outside said he wasn't as fortunate. Their poor rating is for a reason.

The gentleman at the front was awesome! Both pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Definitely recommend this location! :)
