So Kia sales person told me when I bought the car I had tire warranty, well now that I got a nail in my tire, with only 3,700 miles went to service they told me I had no warranty, I was upset because that was one reason why I got the car because of the perks I went to the sales person who did my sale Clark, brushed me off said it was a busy day that Fin dept could not help them he said what’s your number let me look into this… 45 min past and he never got back to me while I was in the building waiting For him to let me know… I then walked back to service and said he left me hanging, told service advisor that they said when I bought the car I had warranty. He said we hear it all the time about the tire warranty that he was sorry. So now it’s monday 11/10/2025 he still has yet to call am let me know. They were so quick to make a sale but not help out… bad service and they lied about the warranty.

I just wanted to give Aaron and his sales manager a big shoutout for helping me and my husband with the purchase of our new KIA Sorento. We did not feel pressured by them, they took the time to show us all our options, and they provided us with an amazing deal. Definitely the kind of experience you want when shopping for a vehicle!

I visited in September 2024. Sylvester was patient, understanding and very helpful throughout this process, and allowed for me to get my vehicle inspected on site pre-signing. Sylvester and Josh were very accommodating and ultimately helped me into my very first car at an affordable price OTD. The very next day after I signed, the fed dropped interest rate, Horne contacted me to honor it and lower my rate. I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to shop again. 1 year later, I'm still grateful for what they did for me that day. thank you.

Took my car in for an oil leak which kia had said was happening around the oil pan. They didn't tell me it would be an all day thing. My car is now running totally different than when I took it in for this repair. Drivers side door handle is messed up now. I totally believe they make things worse so you have to return to them to get things fixed. I will be taking my automobile service some place different. Interesting that you only get a response from the dealership is when you give them a good review

Haidar, the sales manager was wonderful and very helpful. He got us into the car we wanted at a great price. Bronson the car salesman was also very attentive and stayed with us through the whole process and showed us a few different cars in my price range and was knowledgeable. We were greeted both days that we came in with smiles and immediate help. Great customer service from both gentlemen and would highly recommend going to Horne Kia if you're in the market for a new car. Taking home a beautiful Niro EX!

If you find yourself here looking for a car I highly recommend you get it from him. For the first time I actually enjoyed being at a dealership and buying a car. They do not stand by their product! If they sell something that is defective regardless it is their responsibility to fix it and not the customer! Absolutely disappointed all the way around! Will not buy from this place ever again! This customer is done! They like to feed you lies!
