Went in for a repair. Due to a series of unfortunate events, it turns out that labor was misquoted. Unlike similar situations I have experienced, not only did they apologize, but they ate the cost of the additional labor. This is one reason why I continue to bring my car to the dealership for work. Mailey was fantastic! We drove 3 hours for an appointment with another sales rep, but they were detained and she filled right in! Very personable, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Makes the experience very easy to purchase a car!
