“My husband has a very special family heirloom ring that had worn thin and broke apart. He was so concerned and about dropping this off at a repair shop but knew he wanted to get it fixed. Ruby's repaired the break and added gold to the worn portion that matched the rest of the ring perfectly. It is beautiful and they completed it two weeks earlier than promised! This helped with the anxiety he felt in letting that ring out of his sight. They were very kind and responsive. We would absolutley go to Rudy's again!”

“First off, the pricing here is so reasonable! We first got quoted from a chain jeweler before coming here and got a quote $100 cheaper at Walt's. Second, the customer service is incredible! We accidentally got a call saying my ring was ready when it wasn't (totally fine, things happen we weren't upset at all) but they ended up expediting it to make it right which was so awesome! Our new go to jeweler for sure. Not to mention the work they did was perfect, my ring looks gorgeous.”

They also have a large home department with unique items. We always seem to find something that we like. It's a very busy store, but they usually
keep a robust staff that keeps the very large line for check out Moving quickly along. Overall its definitely worth a monthly visit to see what you can find.”

“My review is an apology to the store. My husband and I were interested in a ring and we had it started, but we didn’t listen clearly to the policies and we were very rude and reacted negatively when we misunderstood. We didn’t know we had to pay more then what we had put down which was just a deposit to start the ring. To whoever was working there in early-mid 2023 I’m very sorry for how we behaved, it was very inappropriate. We were in a bad spot and we bought something we couldn’t afford at the time which was poor planning on our part. The store does great work, and their policy was explained clearly; we just didn’t listen clearly to what they said. Otherwise if I lived in Arizona still, I would order from here. Again, very sorry for what happened.”
