“My review is an apology to the store. My husband and I were interested in a ring and we had it started, but we didn’t listen clearly to the policies and we were very rude and reacted negatively when we misunderstood. We didn’t know we had to pay more then what we had put down which was just a deposit to start the ring. To whoever was working there in early-mid 2023 I’m very sorry for how we behaved, it was very inappropriate. We were in a bad spot and we bought something we couldn’t afford at the time which was poor planning on our part. The store does great work, and their policy was explained clearly; we just didn’t listen clearly to what they said. Otherwise if I lived in Arizona still, I would order from here. Again, very sorry for what happened.”

DJ has taken care of us every time we come in. He always has a smile and welcomes us in, has extensive knowledge on what options fit our needs and gives great recommendations.
For any concerns or issues we run into, DJ takes care of us immediately. I shop here because I know I don’t have to worry. This store is very well maintained and has earned my business for as long as I live in the area. Truthfully if DJ left this store I would probably end up purchasing at the store he goes to. He is just trustworthy, an outstanding Jeweler and you can tell he works doing his passion. We have bought watches here as well as jewelry and have had no regrets. 5 stars all day, nothing less.”

“I originally booked an appointment elsewhere to get 8 ear piercings (4 on each ear). However, my plans changed when I met Donna. This woman takes care in her work, evenly spacing, patient, kinda and communicative, even her cute little niece showed up just eager to join in on the excitement of the process. Overall, I cancelled my appointment and have zero regrets. The process was a joy . Thank you Donna for the piercings. 10/10”

“I just want to say, this booth is about customer service. I was treated terrible by the one watch guy in isle A. They used to do watches at this booth but no longer do watches. When I told her what happened to me she helped me out and felt so bad for me. She put the band on my watch, which he told me it wouldn't fit. Thank you to the mom and daughter at American Indian Arts, they both treated me so good ?”

“Savannah at the Mesa location was friendly and resolved my issue immediately. I was having a problem obtaining my free bday gift at the Phoenix Thomas location. The store manager kept misleading me, saying I needed to wait for the next shipment.
I called the Mesa location...spoke to Savannah...and finally received my gift that ive been trying to get since June. And she also gave me a $50 gift card for my troubles with the other store.
If you are a Phoenix resident I suggest you drive to the Mesa location to conduct your business. The associates are nicer and it will worth your drive-trust me!”
