Ruby's repaired the break and added gold to the worn portion that matched the rest of the ring perfectly. It is beautiful and they completed it two weeks earlier than promised! This helped with the anxiety he felt in letting that ring out of his sight. They were very kind and responsive. We would absolutley go to Rudy's again!”

“What an amazing experience. Kirsten was 10/10 a dream to work with. My husband and I wanted to upgrade my ring. Since we saw so many great reviews, we had to come and check the store out! And I am so glad we did! Clean store, and a huge selection! I wanted an oval ring and was beyond pleased with what I went with. I can’t rave enough about this place. Talk about a no pressure, flexible and comfortable experience. I remember going to Zales and having such a horrible time- mainly because they would have zero personality and didn’t care about your needs. But Kirsten gave us the 5-star experience. She exceeded personality, and was so patient with me. I felt so bad-I had her running the store showing me different diamond sizes. But she was seriously wonderful and took away any anxiety about purchasing a ring. Very professional and was so sweet. Highly recommend you check this store out young couples- this store is perfect. “First off, the pricing here is so reasonable! We first got quoted from a chain jeweler before coming here and got a quote $100 cheaper at Walt's. Second, the customer service is incredible! We accidentally got a call saying my ring was ready when it wasn't (totally fine, things happen we weren't upset at all) but they ended up expediting it to make it right which was so awesome! Our new go to jeweler for sure. Not to mention the work they did was perfect, my ring looks gorgeous.”

“This is an unbelievable place to get custom-made jewelry made to your specifications. You have to have an appointment to get in the front door. There is jewelry literally all over the place as you can also meet the artist. I originally went in to get a large belt buckle and I was like a kid in a candy shop. I bought the belt buckle. I saw on there website. I will be going back to have a ring made custom make for my hand, but the only problem is there's so many rings to choose from. I can solve this problem just by buying one of everything.”
