Liv Northgate is a beautiful and very well-maintained property that residents describe as having a resort-like feel. The community offers great staff who are helpful, welcoming, and quick to address any issues, often within an hour. Residents highlight the best amenities, including multiple pool areas, a spotless large indoor gym, and outdoor workout equipment. The maintenance team is praised for being responsive and efficient, typically fixing problems immediately. The apartments are pre-wired for internet, which is fantastic for those who work from home. The community enforces strict cleanliness policies and organizes many activities, such as gardening, cooking, and yoga. Overall, residents feel safe, love their apartments, and appreciate that almost everything is included in the rent, making it a place where they can truly love where they live.
It is three pools, a hub center with billiard tables and kitchen with also a large television screen. It also has a very safe environment for walking at all hours of the night

We lived there from 2019 to 2021 and had no problems. I would recommend this apartment for its fun activities and safe walking trails. Wish I could have stayed longer. Posted a picture of my peaceful balcony

I love Liv!!! Love the events, the maintenance team is amazing, not to mention the awesome leasing people. There are Liv loyal points that they give us for going to events that we can use at different stores. The gym and pools are my favorite!!
